JAY WILLIAMS has been assisting clients with their residential property needs for the past 20 years. A graduate of Miramonte High School and the University of California at Berkeley, his local roots span over 40 years in the community.
Jay's broad experience in the real estate industry includes residential brokerage, sales and marketing of newly constructed homes as well as brokerage office management. He has been instrumental in hundreds of successful closed transactions and recently sold the Seven Oaks Estate (former Lesher Estate), the highest listed property ever to sell in the Orinda, Moraga, Lafayette area.
